The atmosphere of the impending end permeates society on both subconscious and conscious levels, and the vision of doom becomes increasingly real. The performance confronts the dark, catastrophic poems of Milosz from the 1930s with the works of contemporary male and female artists. Here the past meets the present.

In seven acts, symbolizing seven key threats - totalitarianism, loss of identity, wars, suffering, moral dilemmas, threats to democracy and loss of faith in progress - we will traverse a world full of anxiety and dilemmas. Is history coming full circle? Do today's problems have their roots in the past? Can the inevitable be stopped? Are the dangers described by poets almost a century ago more relevant today? The project is co-financed by the Wroclaw municipality.

    Recenzje:
With movement, they convey the insecurity and confusion of 21st century man. They shatter the myths of a happy childhood and a dream adulthood.”
